C’E Montessori is a vibrant community of students, teachers and parents. We are an independent, Spanish/English dual-language, coeducational day school for Infants through 8th Grade. C’E defines its vision and staff as Modern Montessori Purists - Traditional Montessori in the classroom for our students, transparent accountability and metrics online for our staff and parents.

C'E Montessori enrolls children into the following school programs:

C'E Montessori requires applicants to attend a tour and meet for an interview and info session. Tours take place each Monday and Wednesday at 10a and 4:30p. Tours are parent-only (no childcare provided, no children allowed on tours). C'E Montessori interviews children at school beginning at 1st grade after the initial parent tour.

Early Notifications & Decisions

Applications for Sept 2025 submitted before Dec 18, 2024 will be answered immediately and applicants will either be waitlisted or offered a position in the class of 2025/2026

Waitlisted applications will be updated on Feb 25, 2025.

Re-enrollment

Current family re-enrollment occurs between Dec 20, 2024 and Feb 13, 2025. Re-enrollment is due on Feb 14, 2025.

New Applicant Deadline & Decisions

All applications for Sept 2025 submitted between Dec 18, 2024 and Feb 14, 2025 will be answered in the order that they were received.

Admissions decisions will be made over 2 rounds on Feb 25, 2025 and Mar 1, 2025.

New Financial Aid Applications

Due on Jan 10, 2025 and shared Jan 15, 2025.

Spring Admissions

The admissions window will reopen on Feb 25. Applications received after Feb 25 will be answered immediately and applicants will either be waitlisted or offered a position in the class of 2025/2026.

williamsburg campus tour

Please book a campus tour to get to know C'E Montessori, its philosophy, people and programs. Tours at C’E Montessori are adult-only so that families have the time and space to ask any/all questions of our team.

Tours include an information session and interview with our Director of Admissions and our Head of School. Parents can then observe in our classrooms and tour our campus. For our Elementary and Middle School Programs we will follow up with a student half-day trial at school.

indexed tuition

C'E Montessori is committed to the economic and racial diversity in our family body, so not every student is charged the same tuition. Families who apply and qualify for reduced tuition pay a tuition level that takes into consideration what they are able to afford, based on a calculation done through the school and Student Service (SSS), a financial service of the National Association for Independent Schools. The school considers this calculation together with priorities that we have developed to create and sustain diversity in our classrooms.
